Features
What a studio needs to run day to day.
Families
Online registration
Families create an account, add their children and choose classes themselves. Classes are matched to each child's age, and you decide whether they enroll directly or you approve each request.
Family portal
One place to see schedules, pay, book, sign forms and message the studio, on any phone. Family pages and messages come in English or Spanish.
Tuition on autopay
Families save a bank account or card once, and tuition is charged on schedule. Receipts go out on their own, declines are retried, and the money lands in your bank through Stripe.
Classes
Seasons and levels
Organize classes by season or term and by level. Charge tuition per level or by hours a week, with sibling discounts applied for you. Recitals and costume sizes live here too.
Packs and memberships
Sell drop-ins, class packs and monthly memberships. When a class fills, the waitlist takes over and books the next person as soon as a spot opens.
Private lessons
Clients book one-on-one sessions in the open times you set, and the fee goes on their account.
Staff
Attendance
Instructors take roll on their phone in a few taps. After repeated absences, the family gets a friendly check-in.
Messages
Email one family, a whole class or an entire level at once. Families write back from their portal into a shared inbox.
Texting
Reminders and closures from a number registered in your studio's name, sent only to families who opt in. Ready once carriers approve it, usually within a few days.
