Cadencer

Privacy Policy

Cadencer is operated by Vizanalysis LLC. Effective October 4, 2026.

Draft for review — this document is not yet in effect.

Who is responsible for your information

Cadencer is software that dance, fitness and arts studios use to run registration, scheduling, attendance, messaging and billing. When you sign up with a studio, your studio decides what information it collects about you and your family and how it uses it. Vizanalysis LLC stores and processes that information on the studio's behalf, as its service provider, and only to provide Cadencer to the studio.

For studio owners and staff, Vizanalysis LLC is responsible for your account information and for your studio's subscription.

What is collected

How it is used

To run your studio account: registration, schedules, attendance, billing and payments, receipts and reminders, messages between you and the studio, and customer support. Also to keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations. Your information is never sold, and it is not shared for advertising.

Children

Information about children is provided by a parent or guardian, or by the studio with their permission. Cadencer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Older students may have their own sign-in where their studio allows it.

Who it is shared with

With your studio, and with the companies that help us run Cadencer, only as needed for that purpose:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages

Texts are sent only if you turn them on, and the wording you agreed to is recorded. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

How long it is kept

For as long as you have an account with the studio. When a student is archived, their personal details are anonymized after 24 months. Financial records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Security

Connections are encrypted, sensitive details are encrypted when stored, staff accounts require two-factor sign-in, and each studio can see only its own information.

Your choices and rights

California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using them. Because your studio is responsible for your information, requests usually go to the studio first; you can also contact us below.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in Cadencer before the change takes effect.
