Terms of Service
Cadencer is operated by Vizanalysis LLC.
These terms cover your use of Cadencer, whether you run a studio on it or use it as a student or family member of a studio. By creating an account or using Cadencer, you agree to them.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. You must be 18 or older to create an account for yourself or your family; students under 18 may have their own sign-in with a parent's or guardian's permission. You are responsible for the information you enter.
For families and students
Your classes, bookings, memberships and payments are arrangements between you and your studio. The studio sets its prices, schedules and policies, including refunds and cancellations, and you should contact the studio about them. When you save a payment method or turn on autopay, you authorize the studio to charge it; payments are processed by Stripe.
For studios
- Subscription. Plans are billed monthly to a saved card and renew automatically. New studios start with a free trial. You can cancel at any time; you won't be charged again, and fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
- Payments. Payment processing for studios is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (together, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By using payments on Cadencer, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may modify it. You authorize Vizanalysis LLC to share information about you and your transactions with Stripe as needed to provide the service. You are the seller of record for payments from your families; Vizanalysis LLC is not a party to those transactions.
- Your families' information. You decide what you collect and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consents you need, including for texts and photos. Vizanalysis LLC processes it only to provide Cadencer to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Your data is yours. You can export it, and we will delete it at your request after your subscription ends, except where the law requires us to keep records.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cadencer to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or try to access information that isn't yours or interfere with the service.
The service
We work to keep Cadencer available and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or improve features over time and will give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vizanalysis LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Vizanalysis LLC in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Cadencer at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in Cadencer before the change takes effect.
